Behind their apparent simplicity lies precision work, where the quality of the ingredients meets the intensity of the chocolate.
Our fruit bars, once broken, reveal the caramelized sweetness of their praline. Almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans, or peanuts—each dried fruit, carefully roasted, reveals deep aromas and adds crunch and warmth to each bite.
Our mendiants, meanwhile, are a tribute to the perfect balance of indulgence. Based on dark, milk, or white chocolate, the carefully selected dried fruits offer brightness, depth, and generosity.
Finally, our vanilla ganache bars, with their distinctive aesthetic, reveal a soft and delicate center for a comforting sensation with every bite. Our vanilla, grown and harvested in Indonesia, expresses all its depth and intensity, in a play of contrasts designed by Cedric Grolet.
