Our milk chocolate originates from Madagascar. The cocoa beans, carefully selected on the red island, are renowned for their aromatic richness and finesse. They reveal natural notes of red fruits, vanilla, and slightly spicy notes, which blend harmoniously with the creamy sweetness of milk, for a comforting experience.
It's not just a taste pleasure: it's the result of artisanal know-how where each step is precisely thought out. From the selection of beans to roasting, including conching and tempering, each step aims to enhance the natural flavor of cocoa and create a couverture that delicately melts in the mouth, revealing all the roundness and creaminess of the milk.
